About Us
Essen Fabricators Private Limited is an apex Organization engaged in the field of manufacture and fabrication of heavy and precision engineered products with its presence in the market for the last 25 years. It started under the leadership of Late Shri S. K. Nayak with a mission to cater to the requirements of the Infrastructural sectors, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Refineries and Heavy Engineering Projects to the fullest satisfaction of the customers.
As a step towards fulfilling the vision of our Missionary founder, Essen has been registered as Grade-I manufacturer of Bailey Bridges by the Ministry of Defence, DGQA, Govt, of India. Since acquiring this registration, Essen continues to cater to the
requirements of the prime consumers in India and abroad including the Indian Army, the Ministry of Defence, the Border Roads Organization (BRO) and its various Projects, the State Govt. PWDs, PMGSY requirements, various Power Projects in India, Bhutan and Nepal, the Nepali Army, Ministry of Works & Human Settlement, Govt. of Bhutan to name a few.
Besides Bailey Bridges, Essen continues to manufacture Heavy Steel Built-up Girders for Composite Bridges, Truss Bridges and Girder Bridges catering to various Infrastructure and Road Projects carried out by various State Govt. PWDs, PMGSY, NHAI and NHIDCL.
Keeping up with the spree of development, Essen has recently ventured into design, manufacture and installation of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB) required for warehouses, factories, high-rise residential & commercial buildings, stadiums, aircraft hangers, portable site offices, barracks, school buildings, hospitals, quarantine centers etc.
Besides above, Essen is also into manufacture and fabrication of structures and equipments for Process Plants, Steel Plants, Refineries and structures for the Infrastructure Sector.
The Manufacturing Plant is located at Kharagpur, in close proximity to Kolkata and is duly accredited ISO:9001-2015 certification. Strategically located on the national highway, connections with the Western and Southern parts of the country and Ports of Kolkata and Haldia in a close vicinity ensure quick access to all international markets.
Maintenance of strict adherence to the quality control measures in the production facility duly supported by a team of qualified, dedicated and experienced people has enabled Essen to have been conferred with various domestic and international accolades.
Backed by the experience of executing time bound jobs related to heavy and precision engineered products and the requisite machinery and facilities in place, Essen, with a team of dedicated and experienced people, continue to cater to the various requirements of heavy and precision engineered products by its esteemed customers.

Our Directors
He is one of the founder directors of the company. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of steel fabrication. Over and above the capacity as a director he heads the marketing department of the company and through his leadership and vision the company is spear heading in the field of steel fabrication in the sectors of Infrastructure, Steel, Power, Process Plants and Heavy Engineering Industries.
Graduated in the field of commerce in the year 1997 he started with his strong belief and hard-work whichhelped the company cross various milestones. His hard-work and achievements have been recognized and he has been awarded by national and international organizations from European and The USA.

Soumik Nayak
He is one of the founders of the company. Having vast experience in the field of engineering and through his long association has given him a cutting edge in executing time bound green & brown field projects. Over and above the capacity as a director of the company he heads the entire production and finance of the company.
He has been leading various projects for steel plants and refineries which has been executed by the company.
Lately in the year 2010 he was awarded with INDUSTRIAL LEARDERSHIP AWARD for his contribution to theindustry and in 2011 by the World Confederation of Industries USA.
